5 people where killed on a plane crash

A little plane crashed on New Jersey. The dead where 2 adults, a teenager, a child, and the pilot. The plane crashed 50 miles away from the airport. We think that the plane crash is very serious. A plane crash could cause many deaths, to the people in the airplane, and to the people that get squished by the airplane. It could also cause many airplane trauma to all of the people who see or hear about a plane crash.

Boy, 12, faces grown up murder charges!

On a morning on February of 2009 the found a 26 year old women called Kenzie Hook dead with a bullet in her head. When they found the guilty it was his proper soon of 11 years. He killed his mother with a shotgun that was given to him for hunting and he had never used it badly. He has been one of the youngest kids to homicide. After a year the family has asked that they give hi a juvenile court so they can see what they can do for a so young kid for making a crime. His friends of school send him letter and things so he feels better.

In my opinion this kid needs to be on juvenile prison so he learns a leason and thinks about what is good or bad before doing something.

Costa Rica elects first woman president!

Laura chinchilla was the first women president in Costa Rica's history. She got the 48.6% of the votes in Costa Rica. Behind it was Solis with 25.1% of the votes. Kids loved this because they could vote and it was like a carnival for them with all the cameras filming them. Solis wanted the same style of government that Honduras had and people didn't like that because Honduras is in crisis.

Kenya Rounds up zebras for starving lions
Lions in Kenya are starving. Wild life officials are ferrying zebras to a park in the south of the country to feed starving lions. By doing this they will prevent the conflict of lions eating humans. There was a drought in the country. One of the worst in 26 years. This heat affected the ecosystem. Lots of herbivores died. Then, carnivores don't have anything to feed themselves, their only option is to eat humans. They're only 2,000 lions left so their concerned about them. About 4,000 zebras are being transferred, so that carnivores can eat well.

We think that it is very good that people do something about the ecosystem. The drout was very bad, but it is good that people do something about this.

Another Winter blast brings Dismay, Delight
Some countries in the U.S.A are under severe weather warnings. The blizzard just hit Illinois and Minnesota. Now, the storm has moved to the coast, bringing more snow to New York, Philadelphia, and to Washington. Washington has received 10 inches of snow, New York 20 inches, and Philadelphia has received 22inches!! For the schools, this is very bad. They had to shut the schools down because of the blizzard. For the kids, this is very good. They get school days off, and get to catch up with homework.

We think that it is good to have a little snow once in a while, but it is not good to have that much of a severe weather.

Eco Solutions
To save the planet, the world has invented the solar power electricity and wind mills. When neither of those work, the people stay without electricity. Now, there is a new source in Europe that unites them all. There are windmills in the water, and all of the windmills are united by some underwater cables. In that way, when one wind mill doesn't work, the cable transport the electricity from one mill to another.
